A – General Conditions
The web site https://limar.com is owned by Limar S.r.l. with registered office in Via Landri 4 24060, COSTA DI MEZZATE (BG), Italy, and it is directed to the sale of helmets and accessories. Limar S.r.l. complies with the rules on remote sales (D. Lgs. 185/99) that imply precise duties on part of the seller and equivalent precise rights for the Customer. B – Purchase mode
The customer can order only products included in the electronic catalogue at the time of the order. The prices of the products are expressed in Euro and include VAT. The image accompanying the technical specs of a product can differ from the product’s characteristics, with variations in colour, dimension, or due to accessory products present in the image. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Limar S.r.l. via confirmation email, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The confirmation message will include all data provided by the customer during the order, and the customer is required to verify them all and give immediate notice in case of non compliance, date and time of the order and order reference number to be used for any further communication with Limar S.r.l. In case of non acceptance of the order Limar S.r.l. will inform the customer immediately
C – Not available products
In case of unavailability of any product Limar S.r.l. will contact the customer to inform if and when the order could be confirmed.
D – Price variations
The products displayed can suffer price alterations. Upon receipt of customer’s order the price applied will the exclusively the one calculated at the time of the order, without taking into account any following increase or decrease.
E – Payment Terms
Limar S.r.l. offers the following payment terms: Paypal: with Paypal you can pay with your credit card or prepaid postepay card. For Companies and Free lancers it is compulsory to provide Vat number and Fiscal Code in order to proceed to invoicing. For private customers regular sales documents will be issued. It is a must to indicate a mobile phone number for any courier’s need.
