The main focus of each Air Revolution new project has always been on the aerodynamic flows, constantly reimagining, reinventing and pursuing the best performance also in terms of lightness, ventilation, technology and design.

When we develop our models we get inspiration from the most aerodynamic shapes, a lab that has been working for million years: nature. A starting point that we then analyze, test and develop thanks to the most innovative analysis models and virtual simulations. From the virtual development then we complete and finalize all tests in the real wind galleries with our professional riders. Tall this just to grant cyclists the most natural way to race towards the future.
WE WENT BEYOND WIND TUNNEL
The collaboration with the pro has always been part of LIMAR DNA,
and LIMAR was the first company to sponsor a full cycling team.
The recommendations of champions wearing and testing the helmets during races, allowed to develop helmets based on the real needs of professional cyclists, extremely demanding in terms of comfort, ventilation and, most of all, performance.

Limar 35-year experience in designing and producing advanced and performing models is all there to be seen.
Through extensive tests in several wind tunnel laboratories, we always work on
every single detail, to achieve the best possible balance between
aerodynamics and ventilation, to ensure real performance.
It might sound like a contradiction but it is a reality made possible by
Limar Tech. By exploiting the Venturi effect, the air vents and their channel circuit allow the entry of a large
quantity of air without compromising the aerodynamic performance.
The comfort is guaranteed by the internal air circulation, where air
flow along the channels inside the shell expels the heat out of the rear
vents, keeping the head cool.
The result is a range of helmets with a performance and comfort never seen before.
