Measuring your head
To measure your head and determine the correct size helmet to pick from, you'll simply need a soft tape measure, or a piece of string and a tape measure.
Take your string or soft tape measure and run it around the widest part of your head. Mark the circumference of the string if you're using one. Convert the measurement to CM and use the table below to find the ideal size helmet for your head.
